Workaholism and Work-Family Enrichment: The Role of Work-Life Balance Strategies

Organisational competitiveness and the changing structure of work have brought issue workaholism to front burner in academic discourse. This study investigated role work-life balance strategies on interplay between work-family enrichment. A purposive sampling technique was found appropriate select top management two manufacturing firms Lagos, Nigeria participate this study. An in-depth interview employed for data collection. NVivo 12 software adopted thematic analysis. Content analysis used interpret texts. The finding revealed that surveyed were not addressing effect workaholism. managerial relevance is derived from outcome analysed qualitative data.
